Historically, the core of our business has been the fabrication of precision steel impellers (primarily for the road sweeping industry).

Computerised Laser Cutting

We now have our own machinery to laser cut sheet steel and therefore, we can both manufacture parts for our fabrication processes, or produce individual, or batches of parts for our clients.

These particular rails/shelves were manufactured by us and included the steel fabrication, powder coated finish, woodwork, and lastly fitting the branding signage.

Bespoke bicycle cage... specifically designed to fit in an awkward and unusually shaped space.

As you can see, the cage provides safe storage which can only be accessed by the clients staff (via the locked gate). Once in, each individual staff member can safely lock their own bike to the internal structure.

Often our fabrications include precision machined parts and whilst we don't always have the machinery to manufacture these ourselves, Poole and the surrounding area has a wealth of small and medium sized specialist engineering businesses and we have established relationships with several of these.

Therefore we can source and control the manufacture of parts locally on behalf of our clients, thus ensuring a the seamless integration with our own manufacturing processes.

Supplied to both trade and direct to the public, we have designed and now manufacture a range of high quality 3/4 and full sized 'Rock and Roll' bed frames, for use in van conversions.
